Oakhart Pet Wellness LLC offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on PawBiotix purchases made through the authorized portal at paw-biotix.com. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 60 days of your order date for the purchase price of the product.
How to request a refund
Contact care@paw-biotix.com or call +1 (804) 555-0172 with your order number and the email used to place the order. You do not need to return empty or partial bottles for a guarantee refund. Unopened, sealed bottles may be requested back at our discretion for quality review.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within five to ten business days. Where shipping fees applied, those fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility and limits
The guarantee applies to purchases made through this authorized portal, the only orders we can verify. It does not extend to products bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces, which are not part of the authorized 2026 distribution. Repeated or clearly abusive claims may be declined. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
