Shipping and returns
How and when your PawBiotix arrives, how to track it, and how returns work through the authorized portal.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed through this authorized portal ship within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is three to six business days, depending on your location. The 3 and 6 bottle bundles ship free; the 2 bottle Starter Pack adds a flat $9.99 shipping fee at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation by email right away, followed by a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment center. If your tracking has not updated within two business days, email care@paw-biotix.com with your order number and we will chase it down.
International orders
Our primary market is the United States. Where international delivery is offered at checkout, transit times are longer and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and refunds
Every order is backed by the 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return or refund, contact support with your order number. You do not need to mail back empty or partial bottles for a guarantee refund. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within seven days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
