A board-certified veterinary nutritionist, Rajan evaluates the formula's ingredient choices and dosing for adult dogs and flags anything that belongs in a conversation with your own vet.

Sara WhitfieldRVT, CCRP

Rehabilitation and senior care

A registered veterinary technician with a focus on senior dogs, Sara helps us write owner guidance that is practical at the food bowl, not just correct on paper.

How our review process works

  1. Formula review. Before a formula change ships, our nutrition advisor reviews each ingredient and amount for suitability in adult dogs.
  2. Claims check. Every benefit statement on the site is checked against the current label and published research, and softened or removed if the evidence is thin.
  3. Owner guidance. Dosing and usage advice is written to be practical at home, with clear notes on when to talk to your own veterinarian.
  4. Annual revisit. The board revisits our content at least once a year and whenever new research or a label update calls for it.

Our advisors guide our content and formula but do not provide individual veterinary advice through this site. For your dog's specific health, always consult your own veterinarian.
